Welcome to Carson Pegasus Provincial Park
Carson Pegasus Provincial Park is located 205 kms North West of Edmonton via highway 22 and just 21 km North of the full service community of Whitecourt. Reservations can be made by contacting the Reservation Office at (780) 778-2664
The Park preserves mixedwood forests of aspen, balsam poplar, balsam fir and white spruce, as well as willow shorelines, black spruce bogs and grass marshes. Providing a perfect mix for hiking and enjoying the outdoors.
Carson Pegasus is one of Alberta's most popular trout fishing spots and is home to a wide variety of mammals and numerous bird species; a seawall makes fishing easy for those without boats.
